摘要
利用动态尿素水解法制备了3种不同比例的ZnAlTi型层状双氢氧化物,取部分样品分别在温度为500、600、700和900℃条件下煅烧4h,制得具有光催化性能的材料。研究催化剂不同摩尔比、催化剂用量、煅烧温度等不同因素对光催化降解亚甲基蓝过程的影响。结果表明,紫外光照射下,在反应温度为30℃、催化剂中Ti和Al的摩尔比为2、催化剂投加浓度为1.0g/L、亚甲基蓝初始浓度为10mg/L、煅烧温度为600℃的反应条件下,催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解效果最好,光照反应12h后亚甲基蓝的降解率为94.4%。
ZnA1Ti layered double hydroxides (LDHs) with different Zn : AI : Ti ratio were synthesized by dy-namic urea hydrolysis method. Part of these samples were calcined at 500, 600, 700 and 900 ℃, respectively tor 4h, obtaining calcined photocatalysts ZnA1Ti-LDHs. The effects of experimental parameters such as the differ- ent molar ratio of catalyst, catalyst dose, and calcination temperature on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) process were evaluated in detail. The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature at 30℃, Ti : A1 molar ratio of 2: 1, 1.0 g/L catalyst loading, 10 mg/L initial MB concentration within 12h UV-light irradiation, 94.4% degradation rate of MB was obtained.
