大脑后循环动脉瘤的手术夹闭治疗 被引量：1

摘要 大脑后循环动脉瘤是指发生于基底动脉、椎动脉颅内段及椎-基底动脉分支的动脉瘤,目前国内外采用血管内介入治疗已取得了一定的疗效和认可,但存在一定的复发率和手术局限性。而手术夹闭治疗不仅能弥补介入栓塞治疗的不足,并且对一些复杂形态的动脉瘤有其治疗独特性,手术预后也较满意,在临床上已逐渐开展和应用。2005～2011年间我科共收治并手术夹闭此类动脉瘤13例,现报告如下。
