摘要
针对国外在喷注碰壁混合的研究现状和存在问题 ,成功地建立了一个较全面的三维液体喷雾碰壁模型 ,描述液滴碰壁后粘附、反弹 /粘附、飞溅 /附壁射流等各种现象 ,并对一典型燃烧室内的喷雾碰壁混合过程进行三维数值模拟 ,其计算结果与实验结果比较吻合 ,说明计算模型的构筑是正确的 。
A general three dimensional model for the mixing of impinging spray has been developed after analyzing the current state of development. It describes the key complex phenomena such as stick, rebound/stick, splash/tangential jet of an impingement droplet successfully. By means of the model, the process of spray wall impingement in a typical combustion chamber has been simulated. Good consistency between prediction and experimental results indicates that the model has great accuracy and pofential for engineering applications.
