摘要
介绍了某氧化铝厂热电分厂原来采用的离子交换制取除盐水系统存在的问题及新老锅炉对除盐水系统的水质要求,说明了反渗透系统的工艺原理、工艺流程、操作方式和主要设备规范,分析了反渗透除盐水系统的优势与不足,提出了今后的改进设想。
The problems existed in the system of preparing desalted water with ion exchange that formerly adopted by heat power sub-plant of a alumina factory, and the water quality requirements for desalted water system in new and old boilers were introduced. The technological principle, technological flow, operating mode and main equipments specification were presented. The advantages and disadvantages of desalted water system with reverse osmosis technology were analyzed. The improvement ideas in the future was put forward.
