摘要
针对粗梳毛纺梳毛机风轮扫弧长度难以调节和控制的现状,根据几何关系,在风轮和锡林外径已知的情况下,改变这2个工艺部件的中心距离,就可以改变二者外径相切时的交叉弧长,粗梳毛纺梳毛机风轮隔距控制螺丝每转一圈,风轮针齿插入锡林的状态就变换一个螺距的深度,对应变化一定的交叉弧长。当工艺变更时,在配置了一个已知正隔距的基础上,只要通过控制隔距调节螺丝转过的圈数,就可以方便的调整风轮扫弧长度这一工艺。
This paper aims at the situation that the wind wheel and arc length of a carded wool carding machine is difficult to adjust and control. According to the geometric relations, as knowing the outer diameter of the wind wheel and the cylinder, as long as change the center distance of the two components, we can change the intersection arc length when the two outside diameter is tangent. When the control screw of the wind wheel spacing of the carded wool carding machine rotates one circle, the state of the wind wheel gear pin inserted in cylinder will transform a pitch depth corresponding changes in a certain crossover arc length. When we change the technology, we can adjust the arc length of the wind wheel freely through controlling the turned laps of the spacing adjusting screw based on configuring a known distance.
