摘要
中法战争是晚清史上一次重要的战争,尽管最后是不败而败,但通过这场战争让我们认识到中国人民为维护国家尊严所做出的种种努力。左宗棠在中法战争结束后,向清政府上奏发表了一系列具有代表性的言论,其影响非常深远。其中关于《中法新约》的认识,关于海防建设的设想,关于台湾建省的看法一直影响到现在。
Sino-French War was the important war in the late Qing dynasty, although the war was lost, but it let＇ s undstand the efforts made by Chinese people who safeguarded national interests through Sino-French War. After Sino-French War, Zuo Zongtang put up some advice to the Qing government, suggested a series of representative＇ s remarks, and its far impact at that time. The understanding about Sino-French New Treaty, the tentative plan of coastal construction and the view on establishing Tai- wan province have influenced us till now.
