摘要
以顺/反-4-(反-4'-正丙基环己基)-环己基甲酸为起始原料,经酰化、还原、异构化、Wittig反应得到色谱纯度99.9%以上的反-4-(反-4'-正丙基环己基)-环己基乙烯,总收率74.9%。目标产物结构经IR、GC-MS及1HNMR确认。
Cis/trans-4-(trans-4′-n-propylcyclohexyl) cyclohexyl carboxylic acid was reduced via acylation,reduction,isomerization and Wittig reaction to produce trans-4-(trans-4′-n-propylcyclohexyl) cyclohexyl-ethylene with a purity of more than 99.9%.The overall yield was 74.9%.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR,GC-MS and 1HNMR.
