摘要
为观察中药熏洗机在肛肠病术后应用的临床效果，将62例肛肠病手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例采用中药熏洗机熏洗治疗，对照组30例采用传统熏洗坐浴治疗。结果显示，治疗组总有效率93．8％，对照组总有效率80．0％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药熏洗机应用于肛肠病术后熏洗能够有效的消肿、抗感染、止痛，并且使用方便。
In order to observe the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation ＆ washing apparatus used after sur- gery for anorectal disease,62 surgical patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 32） and control group（ n ~30）. The former was treated with herbal fumigation ＆ washing machine and the latter with conventional fumigation ＆ washing and sitz bath. The results showed that the total effective rate was 93.8% and 80.0% respectively in the treatment group and control group（ P d0.05）. It is concluded that using herbal fumigation ＆ washing apparatus after the operation for anorectal disease is convenient and can effectively reduce swelling, inflammation and pain.
