摘要
文章介绍了EILog06岩性密度测井仪接口电路的设计解决方案,在详细分析岩性密度测井仪数据结构的基础上,阐述了以DSP为核心实现总线格式转换的基本原理,该方法对DTB总线格式的仪器转换成CAN总线格式均能适应。硬件电路非常简单,接口板通过了175℃高温和长期稳定性试验,工作稳定可靠,目前应用该接口电路的岩性密度测井仪已在油田测井获得成功。
An interface circuit design of EILog-06 litho-density logging tools is introduced.Based on the detailed analysis data structure,the article describes the principle of data transmission based on DSP,The method is applicable in changing bus form DTB bus to CAN bus.The circuit is very simple,and interface board has passed the test of 175℃ high tem-perature and long time work.It works stably and reliably.At present,the EILog-06 litho-density logging tools which uss this Interface circuit have been used successfully in oil field.
