摘要
在微波辐射条件下研究了乙酸铜与苯氧乙酸的固相配位化学反应 ,发现微波辐射条件下的固相配位化学反应比传统加热条件下的固相配位化学反应的反应速度加快了 4至 2 8倍 ,采用单变量法找出了反应的最佳条件 ,结果表明 ,在微波功率为 80 0W、照射时间为 1 5min、乙酸铜与苯氧乙酸物质的量比为 1∶2的条件下 ,产率最高 ( 96 3 9% ) 将铜盐、配体和配合物用于柑桔溃疡病菌的抑菌试验 ,结果表明 ,硫酸铜完全抑制病菌生长的最低浓度为 1 1 0mg/kg,苯氧乙酸为 2 80mg/kg,苯氧乙酸铜为 2
Solid state coordination reaction of Cu(OAc) 2·H 2O with phenoxyacetic acid has been investigated in the microwave oven. It is shown that anhydrous copper(Ⅱ) phenoxyacetate can be synthesized by solid state reaction,the reaction is four up to twenty eight times faster and the yield is higher under microwave irradiation than by conventional heating. The best reaction's condition has been found out by single variable counterchange means,the results showed that the yield is highest when microwave power is 800 W and irradiation time is 15 min and Cu(OAc) 2·H 2O to ArOCH 2COOH's mole ratio is 1∶2. The copper(Ⅱ) salt,ligand and complex's restraining bacteria's property have been examined,the results show that the least concentration of CuSO 4·5H 2O to restrain bacteria growth's is 110 mg/kg,phenoxyacetic acid is 280 mg/kg,copper(Ⅱ) Phenoxyacetate is 250 mg/kg.
