摘要
报道了单甲脒在蘑菇上的残留试验结果 .在蘑菇生产期间 ,培养料经二次发酵后 ,蘑菇菌种接种前 ,分别用单甲脒 1 .2 5 g a.i./m2和 2 .5 g a.i./m2施药处理 ,采收的鲜蘑菇中单甲脒的残留量为 0 .0 2～ 0 .86mg/kg,单甲脒在培养料中的降解半衰期 (T1 /2 )约为 9～ 1 2
The results of residue determination for semiamitraz in mushroom and in the bed matrix showed that the amount of residue of semiamitraz in mushroom was in the range of 0.02~0.86mg/kg, and the chemical was degraded quite slowly in the matrixes after application at the rates of 1.25 and 2.5g a.i./m 2, the half life( T 1/2 ) was about 9-12 days.
