摘要
人的道德人格是在社会化的过程中形成的,不同的社会化方式形成有区别的道德人格。我国青少年的社会化方式有着家庭化、时间长、重养轻教等特点,青少年在社会化过程中也必然受到时代环境的影响,从而对青少年道德人格的形成产生了许多不良冲击。促进青少年优良道德人格的形成,需要优化家庭教育环境、学校教育环境、社会教育环境以及文化教育环境。
Man develops his moral character in the process of socialization, and different socialization results in different moral character. The socialization of Chinese youth has such characteristics as familialization, long time and neglecting education after giving birth to a child, so they will unavoidably be affected by the times and environment, which will exert bad influence on the formation of their character. TO help the youth develop good moral character, it is necessary to optimize the family education environment, the school education environment, the social education environment, and the cultural education environment.
