摘要
目的尝试用湿度计测定药物溶液的渗透压。方法以NaCl溶液为模型,采用湿度计测定溶液的渗透压,并与现有的冰点渗透压仪测定值比较。结果湿度计测定渗透压的范围大大超过冰点渗透压仪,两者的测定值基本一致。结论用湿度计测定药物溶液的渗透压的方法简便快捷,还适用于高浓度溶液的测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine osmotic pressure of drug solutions using humidity meter.METHODS The osmotic pressure of NaCl solution was determined with a humidity meter,which was compared with that determined with a freezing point osmometer.RESULTS The osmotic pressure determined with the humidity meter was generally comparable to that determined with the freezing point osmometer,while the determination range of the humidity meter was significantly wider than that of the freezing point osmometer.CONCLUSION Determining osmotic pressure of drug solutions using the humidity meter is simple and rapid,and is able to be used in concentrated solutions.
