摘要
城市规划数据建库能够实现对规划数据的有效管理,满足数据分析、管理、规划和决策的需求,而规划制图强调的是规划要素的符号化表达,两者面向的是不同的需求。因此,需建立一套城市规划制图与建库一体化系统,实现二者的有机结合。提出了基于CAD的城市规划制图与建库一体化设计方案和流程,并在实践的基础上总结了该方案可行性,从而使城市规划数据生产与管理具备统一性、完整性、规范性和可操作性以及能够实现实时动态更新。
Urban planning database helps to achieve effective management of the planning data and to meet the needs of data analysis, management, planning and decision-making, while planning charting emphasizes symbolic expression of the planning elements. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an integration system of urban planning charting and database to realize their organic combination. This paper presents the design project and the technological flow of the integration based on CAD and summarizes the feasibility of the project on the basis of practice, thus achieving the unity, integrity, standardization and operability and real-time dynamic update of the urban planning data production and management.
