摘要
社会发展对民族地区农村小学教师的素质提出了独特要求,作为主要培养农村小学师资的初等教育专科师范院校,只有正视实践需求,有针对性的进行课程构建,才能培养出民族地区农村小学所需要的人才。
Social development has put forward unique requirements for the quality of rural primary school teachers in the areas of ethnic minority. Junior college elementary education, mainly training primary school teachers for rural areas, will not be able to train talents for rural primary schools in the areas of ethnic minority unless it properly meets the demands of practice and construct curriculum correspondingly.
