聚天冬氨酸对A3钢的缓蚀作用机理研究

摘要 文章采用失重法研究了表面活性剂聚天冬氨酸对A3钢酸溶液中的缓蚀作用,详细考察了缓蚀剂质量浓度和温度对缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:聚天冬氨酸对A3钢在0.5 mol/LH2SO4溶液中具有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂质量浓度的增加而增大,但随温度和盐酸浓度的增加而减小。通过Langmuir和Van't Hoff公式分别求出了相应的热力学参数,并根据这些参数讨论了聚天冬氨酸的缓蚀行为。 The inhibition effect of polyaspartic acid on A3 steel was investigated by weight loss method.Effects of inhibitor mass concentration and temperature on inhibition performance were discussed in detail.The results showed that polyaspartic acid acted a good inhibitor in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4,inhibition efficiency increased with the inhibitor mass concentration,while decreased with increasing in temperature and acid concentration.The experimental data were treated with Langmuir and An’t Hoff equation,thermodynamic parameters were calculated,based on the parameters,the inhibition action of polyaspartic acid was discussed.
