摘要
上海市闸北区卫生信息化建设以新医改建设要求为指导,以卫生部"3521"工程试点项目建设为抓手,以区域卫生信息平台建设为核心,完善信息化组织管理、夯实信息化软硬件基础、深化信息共享与业务协同、拓展应用建设、保障信息安全、提高数据质量水平。本文围绕闸北区卫生信息化工作的探索与实践,具体介绍"3521"项目框架下,闸北基于区域卫生信息平台的区域卫生信息化建设情况,总结工作中的特色与成效,以期对区域卫生信息化发展与"3521"项目建设有指导和借鉴作用。
Under the guideline of new health reform and based on the ＂3521＂ pilot programs of the Ministry of Health, Shanghai Zhabei district focuses on the establishment of health information platform in the following areas, such as health information management, information hardware and software enhancement, health information and integration development, application, health information security and data quality improvement. This paper mainly describes the exploration and practice of Zhabei district health information and the development of the platform under the ＂3521＂ framework in details. The effects and traits were concluded in order to provide suggestions for further development of regional health information development and the ＂3521＂ program.
