摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:对80例小儿紫癜随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组使用中药进行治疗,对照组采用常规西药保守治疗。结果:中药实验组对小儿紫癜总有效率92.5%,而西药对照组总有效率57.5%,中药组对小儿紫癜患者治疗后临床作用明显有效。结论:小儿紫癜采用中医辨证治疗效果好,副作用少。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of treating allergic purpura in TCM syndrome. Methods： 80 patients with infantile purpura were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated in TCM, and the control group was given conventional modem medicine for treatment. Results： In the experimental group, the total efficiency was 92.5%, while in the control group, the total efficiency was 57.5%, the TCM group of the clinical role in the treatment of pediatric purpura patients significantly. Conclusion： Treating allergic purpura in TCM syndrome has a good curative effect, less side effects.
