摘要
周仲瑛教授治疗内科疑难病证具有丰富的经验,认为黄疸的病机重点应因人而异,同是湿热,既有或热重或湿重和在气在血的不同,又有兼瘀、兼毒、兼水之异,还有瘀热、瘀毒、寒瘀、伤阴之变,属当灵活对待。本文介绍其治疗黄疸清热祛湿、清热解毒、通泄、凉血化瘀利水、开闭防脱等六法经验,并选取验案一则,供同道参考。
