基于模糊PI的PMSM交流步进控制下电流的控制

摘要 阶梯型离散电流在某一阶段要保持恒定值,而在电机步进时刻又要发生跳变,呈现严重的非线性,通常的电流控制方法很难在高压下得到理想的阶梯型离散电流。增量型PI控制方法是一种适合步进控制的方法,而模糊算法对非线性有很强的处理能力,结合这两种控制方法的优点和梯形电流的特性提出了梯形电流的模糊增量型PI控制方法。实验结果表明该控制方法对永磁同步电机(PMSM)步进控制下的梯形离散电流具有良好的控制效果。 Discrete sinusoid current presents a severe nonlinearity.It keeps a certain value during one step,but has to jump at the moment when motor steps.It's hard to achieve such a discrete sinusoid current using common current meth- ods.Increment PI control is applicable to step-motion and fuzzy control has an ideal effect on nonlinearity.Take the ad- vantage of those two methods and the features of discrete sinusoid current into consideration, a discrete sinusoid current control technology based on fuzzy-PI for PMSM with step-motion control method is proposed.The experiment results show that the proposed method can obtain perfect discrete sinusoid current for PMSM with step-motion control technology.
