摘要
取一定量锰渣样,经王水和硫酸消解后,在盐酸-硫脲-抗坏血酸混合介质中,采用原子荧光光谱法同时测定砷和汞。优化条件下,砷检出限为0.0135μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%,加标回收率为98.8%~105%;汞检出限为0.0091μg/L,RSD为2.8%,加标回收率为91.7%~96.0%。所建立的方法,其检出限、精密度和准确度均满足分析要求,具有灵敏、重现性好、准确度高等优点。
Manganese slag is digested using aqua and H2SO4, As and Hg in the sample are then determined by hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). Under the optimized conditions,the detection limits of the method for As and Hg are 0. 0135 μg/L and 0. 0090 μg/L,with RSDsof 1.9% and 2. 8% ,recoveries of 98. 8%-105% and 91.7%-96.0%,respectively. The precision and accuracy of the method could meet the requirement of simultaneous and sensitive-determination of As and Hg in manganese slag.
