摘要
通过应用PRO/Ⅱ软件对气体分馏丙烯塔进行模拟计算发现,丙烯塔原设计采用的F-1型浮阀塔板存在着塔板效率低(只有50%),水力学负荷过大等问题,造成丙烯纯度只有90%。将原F-1型浮阀塔板改造成高效能塔板后,丙烯纯度提高到96%以上,取得了可观的经济效益。
It was found by simulation calculation on the gas fractionating propylene tower using the PRO/Ⅱ software that the propylene purity is only 90% because of low efficiency (50%)and high hydraulics load of the existing F-1 float valve tray, however, the propylene purity can be raised to over 96% with high profitability after the modification of the existing float valve tray to the high efficiency tray.
