摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法测定减肥类保健食品中违禁添加的酚酞、西布曲明及其两种衍生物。采用C18色谱柱,以0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(用乙酸调至pH 4.0)-乙腈(56︰44)为流动相,检测波长225 nm。酚酞、西布曲明及其两种衍生物在0.01~0.2 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回收率为96.8%~103.0%,RSD小于2.3%。采用液相色谱-串联质谱法验证了阳性结果。
An HPLC-DAD method was established for the determination of phenolphthalein, sibutramine and its two derivatives added illegally in slimming health care food. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (adjusted to pH 4.0 by acetic acid)-acetonitrile (56 : 44) at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. The calibration curves of phenolphthalein, sibutramine and its two derivatives were linear in the range of 0.01 - 0.2 mg/ml. The recoveries were 96.8 % - 103.0%, with RSDs less than 2.3 %. The positive results were identified by LCMS/MS.
