摘要
安徽秦楼铁矿主井井筒由于纵向附加力的作用导致井壁被压缩变形,呈环形破坏,较大的承压水从裂缝处渗漏,给井筒结构和井下施工安全带来隐患。采用快速固化的堵水环氧灌浆材料,对渗漏部位进行化学灌浆加固堵水处理,结果表明,矿井井筒应用该材料可取得良好的堵水效果。
The wall of main shaft of Qinlou iron mine, Anhui was deformed due to the compression caused by vertical additional force, resulting annular damage. Large confined water leaked from the cracks, which brought potential troubles to the wall structure and construction under the shaft. Epoxy grouting material was applied to grout and reinforce in the leakage part, which obtained good water-plugging effect.
