摘要
近年来,沿海地区部分造船企业率先采用天然气为母气,通过混配助燃添加剂,达到催化助燃的目的,从而改变了天然气的性质,实现了二次完全燃烧,切割速度及质量优于乙炔、丙烷,氧气、燃气消耗量也大幅度降低,同时使用安全系数大大提高,在工效、节能减排及安全作业方面效果显著,我司从今年开始已完成应用改性天然气,全面置换、替代传统的乙炔、丙烷。
In recent years, shipbuilding enterprises in coastal areas take the lead in changing the character of natural gas. The method is adopting natural gas as parent gas, mix combustion-supporting additives to reach combustion-supporting catalysis and to realize secondary completely combustion. The cut speed and qualities are better than acetylene and propane; the wastage of oxygen and gas reduced by a big margin; safety factor improved obviously; work efficiency, energy-saving and safe operation achieve good results. Our enterprise has accomplished character-changed natural gas application and totally replaced traditional acetylene and propane.
