摘要
模具镶嵌的角上会出现较大的缝隙,有缝隙就会产生飞边,将影响产品的外观。更重要的是,脱模时飞边夹在缝隙里,强行脱模会损坏产品,并降低生产效率。在长期的生产实践中,已积累了许多消除间隙的方法,通过现场运用均有一定的效果。这些多属于被动应付的方法,并且受到一些条件的限制。文章介绍了主动的方法,即从结构设计方面进行改进。
There will be larger gap on the corner of model mosaic,the gap will produce fins,and fins will affect the appearance of products.The worst is to damage products when demolding by force if fins stuck in the gap and lower the cost efficiency.Many gap elimination methods accumulated in the long-term production practice and have certain effects by practice and tests.But they are belongs to passive methods and restricted by some conditions.This paper introduces active method,that is to improve from the aspect of structure design.
