摘要
医事法学是一门亟待完善的新兴学科,而这一新兴学科中的审美文化建设及其相关审美问题研究,则几为空白。法美学的兴起已成为世界法学发展的一股潮流,而对医事法学领域中审美问题的研究,在我国也悄然而至。在纵览国内外诸多大家对法美学研究成果的基础上,文章试图对医事法学领域中的相关审美问题作一探索,以期在理论和实践上均对医事法学的发展与建设作一补白。
Medical jurisprudence is a new subject to be improved.And few of aesthetic culture construction and research on its related issues can be observed.As aesthetic research has become general trend of the development of jurisprudence,it is emerging in China.Based on researches on jurisprudence aesthetics at home and abroad,its related issues were explored,which was aimed to improve the construction of medical jurisprudence in theory and practice.
