摘要
光呼吸抑制剂2,3-环氧丙酸钾对大豆的光合功能具有明显改善作用,它提高叶片的光合速率,降低光呼吸速率,提高从捕光色素蛋白复合体到光系统Ⅱ的光能传递能力和原初光能转化效率。对叶肉细胞中的乙醇酸氧化酶活性有抑制作用。它提高叶绿体的光系统Ⅱ(PSII)、光系统Ⅰ(PSI)和全链的电子传递速率,同时还可以提高镁离子(Mg^(2+))对两个光系统之间光能分配的调节能力。实验结果表明,这种光呼吸抑制剂在大豆生产上将有可能作为一种增产的辅助措施加以利用。
The photosynthetic functions of soybean were obviously improved by pretreatmentwith potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate,an inhibitor of photorespiration.Thephotosynthetic rate,capacity of transfer of light energy from light-harvesting chlorophylla/b-protein complex(LHCP)to Photosystem Ⅱ(PSⅡ)and efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of PSⅡ in soybean were enhanced by potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate.Electron transport rates of PSⅡ,Photosystem Ⅰ(PSⅠ)and the wholechain(PSⅡ+PSⅠ)in chloroplasts of soybean leaves pretreated with potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate were higher than those in untreated ones.It was also confirmed thatthe capacity of excitation energy distribution between PSⅡ and PSⅠ egulated by Mg^(2+)insoybean pretreated with potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate was larger than that in the control.At the same time,the photorespiratory rate and the specific activity of glycollic acidoxidase were reduced by potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate.From these results it can be presaged that potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate will havesome prospects for practical application to soybean production.
