摘要
深入分析了环境影响评价工作中存在的主要问题,提出了运用条码技术建立环境影响评价管理链的基本方法,分析了二维条码的应用模式,并设计了信息化框架。最后,提出了部署模式。
This paper summarized the main problems of EIA, proposed the basic method of establishing the environmental impact assessment management ehain based on two-dimensional harcode, analyzed the application model of tow-dimensional barcode in EIA, designed the informatization frame. Finally, the deployment model was given.
