基于InTouch的矿山水源井无线远程测控系统研究

摘要 针对矿山水源井使用中存在的问题,设计了一套基于InTouch的水源井远程无线测控及保护系统。系统应用先进的PLC控制技术、无线数传通信技术、InTouch组态软件技术实现水源井远程监控,对供水系统的各项参数可实时采集、显示、存储、报警,对水泵的运行状态既可就地控制,又可实现远程操控,保障了供水系统的安全、可靠运行。 According to problems of mineral water source wells,water source well remote wireless monitoring and protection system based on InTouch was designed. The system was realized by means of technologies such as advanced PLC control systems,wireless data transmission communication networks. InToueh configuration software and so on. The parameters of water supply system can be real-time collected, displayed, storaged and alarmed in system. The running state of bumps can be controlled on- site or remote, thus ensuring safty and reliability operation of water supply system.
