摘要
通过研究分析,设计了一种基于PLC控制,适合中小煤矿斜巷提升与安全防护要求的控制系统;给出了控制方案、系统流程图和主要控制器件。同时结合现场安装给出了传感器的安装位置和传感器位置脉冲数的确定方法。
Through research and analysis, a control system based on PLC which is suitable tor medmm and small colliery inclined hoisting and safe protection control system is designed. Control method, system flowchart and main system flowchart are also covered in this paper. Based on site installation, installation position of sensor and the method of sensor position pulse number is provided.
