摘要
通过对采煤机摇臂强度、刮板机设备选型与空载功耗,综采工作面自动化工艺和产量3个方面的系统分析,提出了浅截深、低空耗和高自动化的设计理念,重新诠释了采煤系统,把传统综采成套设备的概念提升成联合采煤机组的思想,从源头上改变了综采工作面采煤成套装备的设计思路,指出了联合采煤机组有别于传统成套设备的优势。
The article focuses on analysis of shearer ranging arm loading, low waste of conveyor power and automatic mining craft process, and put forward new ideas of shallow web depth, low power waste and high automation craft level. Sany heavy equipment company developed fully automatic coal mining combine, which will change traditional ideas and methods of whole-set equipment design and selection. The main features of fully automatic coal combine will be compared with traditional equipments in end of article.
