摘要 随着肿瘤细胞遗传学及表观遗传学异常检测能力不断提高，人们对体细胞突变及其在肿瘤形成中作用的认识逐步加深，对小儿肿瘤发病机制探索及其治疗方法的研究也取得了重大进展。人类约22000个基因编码中，有超过1．6％的基因突变与癌症发病有关，迄今为止，
