摘要
目的探讨神经外科脑室镜的微创手术器械、镜头、摄像线、导光束等在手术前、中、后围术期的管理及对策,保障手术使用。方法回顾性分析2010年88例脑室镜手术患者的临床资料及器械管理方式,针对手术器械、物品的回收、清洗、包装灭菌、储存发放环节的特点及注意事项,进行集中、重点培训授课,制定详细操作流程。结果对脑室镜手术器械的精细化、标准化管理,手术器械物品在管理流程中与器械使用中无器械损坏、无医院感染,保障手术的顺利进行。结论针对特殊手术器械的特点,严格细节流程管理,减少手术器械的损坏,完善手术器械精细化流程管理,提高手术治愈率。
OBJECTIVE To explore the management of minimally invasive surgery instruments,ventriculoscope camera lens,camera lines and beam of the neurosurgical ventriculoscope before,during and after the surgery so as to ensure the operational use.METHODS The clinical data of 88 patients undergoing ventriculoscope surgery were retrospectively analyzed,the instrument management approaches were analyzed as well;according to the characteristics of the surgical instruments recovery,cleaning,packaging,sterilization and storage,the intensive teaching and training were conducted,and the detailed operational procedure was established.RESULTS Through the fine and standardized management of ventriculoscope instrument,there was no damage of the instrument or nosocomial infections during the management procedure and the use of instrument,therefore the smooth operation was ensured.CONCLUSION According to characteristics of the ventriculoscope instruments,the rigid and detailed procedure management can reduce the incidence of the instruments＇ damage as well as improve the cure rate.
