摘要
针对常规分层注水管柱由于受投捞工艺限制,无法实现小间距配水的实际问题,开展了小间距配水技术研究。通过设计双导向投捞器及改变上下级配水器导向体的开口方向,有效地避免了相邻两级配水器之间的投捞干扰,使其最小理论配水间距由原来的6 m缩至2 m。在大庆油田第二采油厂现场试验应用了2口井,最小配水间距3.5 m,投捞成功率100%。该项技术的成功研发有效地突破了配水间距6 m的限制,实现了小间距配水,为水驱精细分层提供了有力的技术支撑,具有广阔的推广应用前景和较好的社会效益。
The conventional separate layer water injection string is restricted by fishing technology and thus it cannot achieve small spacing water distribution. Considering the problem, research on small spacing water distribution technology was conducted. Through designing the double orientation fishing tool and changing the opening direction of the guiding body of neighboring two water distributors, the technology effectively avoids the fishing disturbance between the neighboring water distributors and reduces their mini- mum theoretical water distribution spacing from 6 m to 2 m. The technology was applied to two wells in the field test in No. 2 Oil Pro-duction Plant of Daqing Oilfield, with the minimum water distribution spacing being 3.5 m and a 100% success rate. The successful development of the technology effectively breaks through the limit of 6 m water distribution spacing, achieving small spacing distribution and providing a powerful technological support for precise stratification for water flooding. It has bright prospects of application and de-sirable social benefits.
