摘要
以二茂铁、甘氨酸为起始原料,经甲酰化、缩合、还原反应制得标题化合物。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR测试确认了其结构,并研究了其合成条件,讨论了溶剂、反应物料的配比、温度和时间等因素对反应体系的影响。
N-Ferrocenylmethyleneglycine was prepared from ferrocene and glycine through a series of reactions, such as formylation, consendation and reduction. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1HNMR. The syn- thesis conditions were studied and the effect factors such as the solvent, molar ratio, temperature and time on the reaction system were discussed.
