Bone marrow cavity infusion and its nursing

摘要 静脉输液是日常护理工作中最基本、最常用的操作，但骨髓腔内输液（IO）对于很多临床护士尤其是基层医院护士来说可能是陌生的。笔者曾在一些资料上对IO有所了解，但多为医生操作，由护士操作者很少，关于IO的护理配合就更少。2011年6月笔者有幸参加一个初级创伤救治（PTC）培训班，对IO的相关知识进行了较系统的学习，现介绍给大家，以飨读者。
