摘要 为有效实现对电牵引采煤机变频器的安全操作控制,研制了一种本安型变频器测控装置。该装置可以在不打开防爆腔盖板的情况下,实现采煤机变频器功能测试、参数的实时查看和修改、特定机型参数的一键恢复,提高了采煤机变频器的可维护性。重点介绍本安型变频器测控装置的系统结构与功能硬件设计和软件设计。该装置经煤矿井下工业性试验表明,满足了设计要求,取得了安全可靠的效果。 In order to effectively realize the safety operation control of electric-haulage shearer frequency converter, the intrinsically safe frequency measurement device is being researched. Under the condition that explosion-proof cover board is not open, this device can realize shearer' s frequency converter function test, real- time check parameter and modify, instant recovery for special type parameter, which improves the maintenance of shearer's frequency converter. The system structure, function hardware and software design of intrinsically safe frequency converter measure and control device are introduced. Through underground coal mine test, this device meets design requirements and gains safe and reliable effect.
