摘要
主要针对船舶生产中大合拢后涂层破损区域表面处理方式的不同,设计实验考察喷砂和打磨处理对涂层性能的影响。同时,按照GB/T 18570.3-2005与ISO 8502-3不同的灰尘等级规定,制备不同的试样考察灰尘等级对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:虽然喷砂和打磨处理后涂层外观相近,但喷砂处理后涂层性能比打磨处理后涂层性能好很多,建议生产中最好用喷砂处理的方式;GB/T 18570.3-2005规定的灰尘等级较高,对涂层的性能会产生不利的影响,建议将灰尘等级调整到ISO的标准。
Focused on the different pretreatments of coating damaged areas after welding, the experiment were designed to investigate the impact of sand blasting and sandpaper polishing on the properties of the coating. Besides, in order to study the influence on the properties of the coating of dust levels between GB/T 18570.3-2005 and ISO 8502 3, specimens of different dust levels were prepared. The results show that the properties of the coating after sandblasting is better than that of sandpaper polishing, ahhough the appearances between them is similar. And the dust levels of GB is high, which will decrease the properties of the coating, therefore, it is better to use sanctblasling before painting and replace GB with IS() on the same dust level.
