未足月胎膜早破86例诊治分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析86例未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)对母婴的影响,探讨未足月胎膜早破的预防与处理方法。方法回顾性分析2010年1~12月住院分娩的86例未足月胎膜早破患者,并与同期住院分娩的92例进行对比分析。结果未足月胎膜早破组和对照组剖宫产率及阴道助产率相比,差异有显著性。未足月胎膜早破组与对照组的新生儿窒息率、吸入性肺炎率相比,差异均有显著性。结论应加强三级保健工作,积极预防未足月胎膜早破,尽可能减少母儿并发症。一旦发生未足月胎膜早破应及时处理,尽量改善母儿预后。
