摘要
公共服务是政府实现和保障民生幸福的重要载体。基于温州的实证研究显示,市民总体幸福感评价模型具有良好的测量学特性,揭示了公共服务—生活满意度—总体幸福感之间的逻辑关联和内在作用机理。关注以生活满意度为核心变量的总体幸福感,有助于构建基于公共服务治理优化的市民幸福感提升策略,从推进政府职能转变、完善供给网络、优化供给结构等领域全面推进公共服务治理优化,满足并不断提升市民的幸福预期。
The public service is an important carrier for the government to achieve the livelihood of happiness and protect it. The empirical research based on WenZhou shows that the citizens general well-being evaluation model is easy for measurement, which reveals the logical relationship among the the public services, the life satisfaction and the general well-being and their underlying mechanisms. Concerning about the life satisfaction as the core variables of the general well-being and happiness helps form upgrading strategies to promote the general well-being on basis of the public service optimization, whose key points are about promoting the transformation of government functions, improving the supplying network, optimizing the structure of supply. All these are intended to promote the optimization of public services governance comprehensively and to meet and enhance citizens' general well-being.
