摘要
桩柱钢抱箍式混凝土承台塔式起重机基础是一种新型塔式起重机基础结构体系。它是由混凝土承台、钻孔灌注桩和桩身的后装钢抱箍组成的塔式起重机基础结构,和钢管桩塔式起重机基础类似,该塔式起重机基础不仅可为土方开挖和混凝土底板浇筑提供垂直和水平运输的机械,而且还可以加大塔式起重机的工作半径,从而节省工期、提高工效。除此之外,该施工技术在施工方面却更为简单,设计更加合理,还具备成本投入低、可循环利用的优势。
Concrete pile cap crane foundation with steel embrace loop pile is a new type of crane foundation structural system. It consists of concrete pile cap, screw holes filling pile and the steel embrace hoop on pile shaft. Similar to steel pipe piles crane foundation, this crane foundation structural system not only can provide vertical and horizontal transportation machinery for casting concrete slabs and soil excavation, but also can increase the work radius of crane tower, which results less construction time and higher efficiency. Compared with other construction technologies, the construction technology is featured by simpler operation,more reasonable design. It also obtains the advantages of as low cost and recyclable.
