摘要随着腔镜技术的不断发展,以往的开腹胆总管切开探查取石术逐渐被腹腔镜胆总管切开探查取石术（laparoscopic comm on bile duct exporation,LCBDE）所替代,我们就2010 年 1月至 2011年10月采用LCBDE治疗的胆总管结石病例65例中所面临的问题作出分析,以提高胆总管结石的治疗水平.
