摘要
大连具有发展临港产业得天独厚的自然条件,同时又面临着国际产业重心转移、国内经济发展、政府政策支持等有利的外部环境,应该通过临港产业的发展来带动城市经济的发展。但是大连市发展临港产业也面临着如产业布局不合理、产业集群还未做强做大、工业污染比较严重等问题,因此应采取优化产业布局、构建主导产业集群、确定合理的产业发展模式等策略加快临港产业的发展。
Dalian has the exceptional natural conditions for the development of port-vicinity industry,also the advantageous exterior environments such as the shift of international industry emphasis,the development of domestic economy,the support of governmental policy,suggesting that city economy should be driven by the development of port-vicinity industry.However,there are some problems existing in the development of port-vicinity industry in Dalian,including that the industrial distribution is unreasonable,industrial clusters are not big,industrial pollution is severe and so on.In view of these problems,we should take some effective measures of optimizing industrial distribution,constructing leading industrial cluster,determining reasonable development model to speed up the development of port-vicinity industry.
