摘要
为了给运动心脏研究提供更新的理论依据,在不同强度运动训练动物模型的基础上,用免疫印迹检测心肌组织中AMPK的表达,探讨不同运动训练强度对大鼠心肌AMPK分泌功能的影响.实验结果显示:中等强度运动组(ME组)和大强度运动组(HE组)AMPK含量表达升高.大强度运动组(HE组)升高较明显;中等强度运动组单磷酸腺苷激酶(ME组)呈升高趋势,但没有统计学意义,(p>0.05)而大强度运动组(HE组)与中等强度运动组(ME组)相比,有统计学意义,(p<0.05).经过分析认为:大鼠经不同强度运动训练后,心肌组织中AMPK表达随运动训练强度的增加,呈现逐渐递增趋势,相对于低强度运动训练,高强度训练对于大鼠心肌AMPK的影响更大.提示心肌AMPK表达对不同强度运动产生适应性改变,心肌通过增加AMPK表达适应强度运动.
The study aims to investigate the expressions of AMPK in the myocardium of rats with different training intensity.The myocardium of rats was homogenized,and the expressions of AMPK were analyzed by the Western blotting technique.The AMPK content of both the moderate-intensity exercise group(ME group) and the high-intensity exercise group(HE group) is elevated.But the AMPK content of ME group increases more significantly(p0.05).The analysis of the results shows that the AMPK expression in rats’s myocardial fissue increases gradually with an increase in the intensity of exercise training.High intensity exercise has greater influence on AMPK than low intensity exercise.The cardiac AMPK expression is able to change and to adapt to different exercise intensity.
