摘要
目的：观察益气化瘀汤对冠心病气虚血瘀型的治疗作用。方法：将冠心病心绞痛患者分为益气化瘀汤治疗组和对照组。观察治疗前后的心绞痛疗效、冠心病症状改善情况、心电图疗效、超声心动图及血脂含量变化。结果：心绞痛总有效率治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ〈 ０.０１）；改善冠心病临床症状及血脂含量变化，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）；改善心电图及左室舒张功能疗效，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：益气化瘀汤缓解心绞痛，改善冠心病临床症状作用显著。而且改善左室舒张功能及缺血性心电图变化，并有调节血脂作用。
Objective: The study observed the clinical effect of Yipihuayu Decoction(YQHY) in treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type. Methods: Patients were divided into two groups, 60 cases in the YQHY group and 30 cases in the control group. In alleviating angina pectoris' and improving symptom of CHD, Blood lipid was determined before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of spontaneous angina pectoris was significantly better in the treated group than those in the control group (P<0.01 ). In improving the symptom of CHD the curative effect was significantly better in the treated group than those in the control group (P<O. 05), In improving cardiogram and left ventricular diastolic fuction the curative effect were significantly better in the treated group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: YQHY was effective for alleviating angina pectoris and improving the symptom of CHD. It was effective for improving the left ventricular diastolic function and ischmia cardiogram. It also has regulatory effect on the blood lipid.
