摘要
随着我国公司并购规模的不断扩大,政府对并购的干预与控制程度日趋加深,与此同时,由于政府行为受多重因素影响,政府各利益目标之间的博弈便应运而生,这种博弈进一步必然导致政府利益的冲突。为了对这些冲突进行协调,本文认为适度的改革是必要的,并从不同角度给出了建议。
With expanding in the size of China＇s company merger and acquisition, degree of the government＇s intervention and controls increasingly deepen, at the same time, because of the multiple factors influencing government activities, the games among government interest objectives appeared on the scene, which will consequently further the conflicts of government interests. In order to coordinate all these conflicts well, this paper argues that the moderate reform is necessary, and gives suggestions from different angles.
