摘要
目的:分析我院心脑血管类中药注射剂应用状况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2009—2011年心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果:3年来我院心脑血管类中药注射剂销售金额占中药注射剂总金额比例平均为70.28%(649.13/923.57),且逐年上升,年增长率分别为14.35%(27.1/188.91)和13.05%(28.2/216.01),主要品种的DDDs亦逐年增长,药品经济效益与社会效益的同步性趋于合理。结论:我院心脑血管类中药注射剂使用呈上升趋势,临床应加强辨证施治,重视合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the application status and trend of traditional Chinese medicine injections for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS： The utilization of cardio-cerebrovascular traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed statistically with regard to the consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. RESULTS： The consumption sum of cardio- cerebrovascular traditional Chinese medicine injections increased year by year, accounting for an average of 70. 28% （649. 13/923.57） of total consumption of traditional Chinese medicine injections, with annual growth rates of 14. 35% （27. 1/188. 91） and 13.05% （28. 2/216. 01 ）, respectively. The DDDs of major drug varieties also showed a year-on- year increase. The synchronization between economic benefits and social benefits was reasonable. CONCLUSIONS： The application of cardio-cerebrovascular traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital showed an upward trend, therefore, it is urgent to adopt dialectical treatment clinically to achieve rational use of drugs.
