摘要
《发明哲学》是19世纪英国学者德克斯的一部作品,集中论述了与发明相关的一系列理论问题。德克斯从发明实际与历史的角度,将科学研究(理论、实验、发现)与实际制造(原始发明、改进、设计)统归到发明的过程之中,对发明做出了具有启示意义的广义理解。德克斯对发明过程及其每一个阶段的分析都体现了"发明即是创造"的观点。《发明哲学》的研究范式对技术哲学研究具有重要的启示作用。
The Philosophy of Invention is one philosophical work of Henry Dircks,a British scholar in 19th century. Dircks focused on series of theoretical problems related to invention in the book. From the perspective of the history of practice and invention,Dircks unified scientific research and practical manufacturing in the process of invention. All of Dircks＂ discussion about the process of invention and its every stage interpreted the proposition invention is creation. The paradigm in The Philosophy of Invention has important implications on philosophy of technology studies.
