摘要
通过实验筛选适合锦90块的弱凝胶深部调驱剂配方,对调驱体系中聚合物的增黏性、热稳定性和抗剪切性,以及不同交联剂体系的成胶性能进行了考察,确定最佳配方为:0.2%阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺CY+1.0%酚醛类交联剂FQ_1。该弱凝胶体系稳定性好,凝胶以整体形态存在,在单管岩心实验中可提高驱油效率6.21%。
A weak gel deep profile control agent formulation suitable for Jin 90 Block was selected through experiments, and the viscosity increasing property, thermal stability and shearing resistance of the polymer in the profile control system as well as the gelling properties of different crosslinker systems are studied. The optimum formulation of this weak gel deep profile control agent was identified : 0. 2% anion polyacrylamide CY + 1.0% phenolic aldehyde crosslinker FQ1. This weak gel system is good in stability and exists in whole when used, and the oil displacement efficiency can be increased by 6.21% after it is used as found in single tube core tests.
